Cierra is a self taught digital illustrator whose passion lies in creating artworks that resonate with her interests, love, and curiosities. Her style features defined shapes, softer rendering, flowy hair, the use of muted to vibrant hues—and sparkles. In some works, she sometimes adds surrealistic, eerie details as a contrast to the softer appearance of her art. Cierra aspires to improve not only digitally, but also in her recently rekindled passion for creating traditional art and sculpting. While she tries to stay consistent, she often finds herself exploring different styles and mediums to better herself at her work.She made her Vtuber Artist debut around September of 2022 which was kickstarted by her interest in Vtubing and its community. Her skillset expanded from only creating illustrations, to now being able to create assets, logos, and Live2D models for Vtubers and streamers alike. Since then, she has been active in the community, sometimes even hosting raffles and joining art contests.While she is an artist through and through, this seraph believes she is a gamer at heart. Like many others, she likes to spend her free time playing games and feeding her gacha addiction.Cierra aspires to improve her craft and fulfill her dreams of being a well known artist— creating unique human art that inspires others.

✦ DOS AND DON'TS

† ALL information regarding the artist and the client is strictly confidential, leaking said information will result in blacklist and possible legal action.† DO NOT disclose ANY personal information that may be included during the transaction/payment.† Likewise, client information is confidential and WILL NEVER be disclosed.

† WILL DRAW original characters, vtubers, humans, humanoids, fantastical concepts, kemonomimi (animal traits), slight horror/gore, slight-moderate NSFW, LGBTQ+, couples, slight armor, youthful-mature looking characters.† WILL NOT DRAW furries, mecha, full armor, aged characters, heavily muscular characters, realism, vehicles/machines, inc3st, p3dophilia, concepts that are offensive and harmful to other people/groups of people, and other concepts that are discriminatory, racist and immoral.

✦ PAYMENT

† Accepted payment methods are Paypal, Ko-Fi, and Vgen Payments If on Vgen

† Half of the total cost must be sent after the sketch is finished, and the rest of the balance must be sent after completion (50/50 payment plan).† Upfront payment is accepted, while other payment plans can be discussed.† When paying directly through paypal, words like "commission" "NSFW" "bombs" "art commissions"and any other flagged words MUST not be included in the invoice and messages as to not risk getting my paypal deactivated.

✦ REFUNDS

† Refunds are only possible IF the commission has not been started or has not progressed after 1 month of being marked as a WIP.

† If you are unsatisfied with the result, please DO NOT file a chargeback! I offer multiple revisions during the commission and I am always open to feedback and changes within reason.

✦ COMPLEXITY

† Depending on the complexity of the design / details, I may charge extra starting at 10% to 30% of the base price at most.

✦ REVISIONS

† Before lineart - 5 revisions
† During lineart - 2 revisions
† Base color stage - 1 revision
† After render - 1 revision† After rendering, only minor changes can be made after the free revisions.† After the free revisions are used, minor changes are acceptable, but I will charge extra for major changes.† I will only do minor revisions for "Skeb Style" or "Surprise-Me" commissions.

✦ USAGE/LICENSE

† I retain all artistic copyrights unless discussed.† Things to consider before a buyout:❌ STRICTLY no AI training, machine learning and NFTs even if it is bought out.
❌ Using the piece to spread demoralizing, illegal, discriminatory, offensive or any harmful campaign is prohibited.
❌ Passing it as your own work. You would own all the rights but I would still be credited/known as the artist.
✅ All the rights in the other licenses (personal, streaming, monetized content, merchandising) will be included
✅ You will be allowed to modify/change parts of the piece if you'd like
✅ Distribute and sell the piece for a equal/higher price

† If there are other concerns or usage not listed above, I am open to discuss it!

✦ RESELLING

† I do not allow any upcharging when reselling my work unless it is a copyright buyout.† This does not include the pricing when the artwork is used for merch, only when the artwork itself is sold,† For other cases, you are only allowed to sell any of my works for the price you paid for.† The same applies to vtuber models, if no additional work has been done (eg. rigging). If rigging has been done, it is acceptable. I only ask to please let me know!† If you must sell it for higher, contact me for further discussion.

✦ REJECTING REQUESTS AND CANCELLATION

† I have the right to reject requests if the character design, style, vibe does not suit my current artstyle and skillset.† I have the right to reject requests if the customer is affiliated with racist, discriminatory, malicious, smear campaigns, pedophilic individuals and/or other values that do not align with mine.† I have the right to reject requests if I do not think I am the right fit for the concept or if I think I will not be able to execute the client's vision.† I have the right to cancel or stop working on a commission and/or provide refunds if the client is disrespectful, is not able to provide further details needed after a long period of time, or harasses me unprovoked. Refund will depend on how much work has been done. if 20% has been done, 20% of already sent payment will be refunded.

✦ DEADLINES, PROCESS, AND DELIVERY

† I am diagnosed with severe anxiety and major depressive disorder which makes some days harder for me to work. Due to this, there might be instances where commissions are delayed, paused or slowed temporarily. This is NOT intentional and I do not intend to be unprofessional or provide tacky service. I will always prioritize my work and will ensure proper service is delivered. I ask for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.† Please disclose if you have a hard deadline so I can see if it is feasible for me to complete.† Requests with a deadline of less than 1 week are subject to a rush fee.† Commission completion varies depending on where you are on the queue.† Once I start on your commission, It will be marked as WIP (work in progress). If it has not been marked, it means it is still in the queue waiting for me to finish earlier commissions.† After a commission is marked as WIP, it might take 1 week to 1 month depending on the type of commission, if there are unexpected delays, and the amount of details in the art.† DURATION ESTIMATE+

Live2d Model Art - 1-2 months† Above estimates are not completely accurate and is meant to be a basis only.† I will be sending constant updates throughout the duration of the commission and client feedback is highly necessary! Your feedback is important as it will heavily affect the duration of the commission and will affect commissions that are in the queue next to you.† I encourage clients to be very descriptive and specific with their requests. Please disclose any details, concerns and additions before I start the artwork and during the process so that I may be able to work with your needs and achieve the outcome that you want. Please do not hesitate! It is your commission and I want to provide you with the best work I can do! if you are unsatisfied, please work with me and try to solve it with me instead of leaving a bad review! I am always open to feedback.

✦ GENERAL

† I do not allow my art to be used to target people/groups of people, spread hate, discrimination, and spread negativity. If any of my clients choose to use my art for any of the intentions above, they are to be blacklisted. I do not condone harm directed to anyone, especialy with my art and it does not reflect my personal views and values as the artist.† I do not allow any of my works to be used in AI training, machine training and NFTs.† While referencing my work is okay (within reason), I do not allow plagiarizing and tracing over my work.† Please take time to read my TOS before placing a request. Breaking them will result to being blacklisted.
